My high school sports career was spent at a small school with limited resources. Many of the coaches were taking valuable time away from their families and jobs to be there for us, which didn’t allow a whole lot of extra time for a quality strength and agility program.

When I made it to the college level I was blindsided by the lack of knowledge that I had and spent most of my time stuck playing catch-up to all of my teammates who had come from larger schools and more refined programs.

Around the time that I decided to pursue a professional sports career I hired a private trainer — because I finally realized the importance of a quality strength training program. I rapidly became a better athlete with less injuries, more mobility, and a much more explosive feel to all of my movements.

I started DHolt Strength for the sole purpose of giving high school athletes the tools necessary to compete at their highest potential and be prepared for all opportunities that arise from their efforts.
